The Town of Victoria Park Library is located on Sussex Street, Victoria Park.

MPS were engaged as the Head Contractor on this project. The scope of works for this project included the demolition of existing and re-installation of new roof top packaged DX units, DX split system and roof top fans as well as installing an upgraded, state of the art BMS system to allow close control of the new systems and to reduce the amount of energy consumed. MPS carried out a detailed dilapidation report for the project prior to demolishing the existing services.

The construction works were carried out in a live environment, as such MPS worked closely with Town of Victoria Park to provide a detailed program and sequence of works that best suited their everyday activities and to allow the works to have a minimal impact on the public.

This project was completed in November 2017.
