The Town of Victoria Park Administration Building is located on Shepperton Road and is made up of two floors and a roof top plant deck.
MPS were engaged to replace the entire existing DX plant with a new chilled water system comprising of two new roof top air cooled carrier chillers serving roof top AHU’s and ceiling concealed FCU’s.
The building management system was also replaced in its entirety as part of MPS’s scope of works.
This project was completed in October 2017.
