MPS has a successful non-incorporated partnership with MINBARINGU Services. We have contributed significant time to support the development of Indigenous employment in the North West. Supporting Richard Walker and the MINBARINGU business development has been an important step in the Indigenous Engagement programme for MPS and the MPM Group.

As a Pilbara based Aboriginal business, MINBARINGU Services has been very successful with Indigenous Engagement and Commitment in the region. Director and majority shareholder, Richard Walker is an Ngarluma Traditional owner. MINBARINGU have and are continuing to create new employment and training opportunities for young Aboriginal people.

MINBARINGU Services has been delivering HVAC and Electrical services for 2+ years to a number of key Clients including, Woodside/Downer, BMW Dept. of Finance, Hanson Pty Ltd and Australian Govt. Department of Defence. Their partnership with MPS has facilitated deployment of Indigenous apprentices to major resources projects including, Wheatstone LNG Plant, BHP Nelson Point Processing Facility, Rio Tinto Parker Point and East Intercourse facilities. With the resources and support of MPS, MINBARINGU are able to meet the demands and requirements for the delivery of HVAC and Mechanical Electrical services throughout the Pilbara area.
