The Westpac Office is located in Brookfield Place, Tower 2 on levels 2,3 & 4 in the Perth CBD.
MPS were engaged to supply the mechanical services which included:
- Main comms room hot aisle containment CRAC system
- Ceiling concealed water cooled package units
- Exhaust and outside air systems
- Kitchen exhaust
- Upgrade to existing BMS control systems
This was both a Green Star and WELL project. This project was completed in October 2017.
