Landgate Offices
Client: Jones Lang LaSalle
Location: Midland (WA)
The Landgate Office are located on Midland Square, Midland.
MPS have been engaged to carryout the maintenance and service to the following plant:
- air cooled chillers
- air handling units
- in excess of 300 fans assisted VAV’s with electric heater banks
The Data Centre on Level 2 consists of the following equipment:
- CRAC units
- vertical discharge DX splits
- supplementary cooling across all floor by chilled water fan coil units.
MPS have been providing these services since 2017.
