The Four Points by Sheraton Hotel is located on Wellington Street, Perth consisting of 278 rooms, reception, bar/lounge, fitness and restaurant facilities.
MPS maintain the air conditioning system on a monthly basis which consists of:
- water cooled Powerpax chillers
- main air handling units
- central exhaust fans
MPS also maintain the refrigeration systems on a quarterly basis which consists of:
- Cool rooms
- Freezer rooms
