MPS have managed the HVAC systems at Gateway Shopping Centre since its development in 2005. The shopping centre comprises of majors such as Woolworths, Big W, Target, Coles and K Mart and a number of speciality shops and food tenancies.
Services maintained includes:
- chillers
- cooling towers
- condenser water systems
- boiler
- water treatment
- MSSB’s controls
- chilled water
- heating water
- reverse cycle split systems
MPS have been providing maintenance and service since construction stage in 2004.
