The Bravo offices are located at Perth Airport, and are part of the greater Perth Airport upgrades undertake by PAPL.

The new office building on the Perth Airport site comprises of five levels, with office accommodation over four levels, a gymnasium over two levels and a food and beverage outlet on the ground floor.

MPS have been engaged to maintain the mechanical services in the building since construction. The Bravo building is a 4 star GreenStar rated building and the BMS provides monthly utility reports for NABERS and GreenStar reporting.

MPS conductes Systems Interface Testing (SIT) and Essential Safety Measures Audits (ESM) annually together with the building fire contractors and a third party auditor. The SIT and ESM are carried out in accordance with AS1851.
