MPS special projects division focuses on the provision of contract management for mechanical services installations in tenancy and shop fit-outs as well as refurbishments and upgrade of HVAC systems.

Our special projects division utilises project management systems developed to ensure complete management of our main objectives, cost control, time management, safety and quality assurance.

These projects require specialised management and subcontracts that are able to work in a fast track environment and often within fully occupied and operational premises.
