Four Points by Sheraton Hotel is located on Wellington Street, Perth consisting of 278 rooms, reception, bar/lounge, fitness and restaurant facilities. The hotel is fully operational with a 98% room occupancy.

MPS replaced the chillers, AHU coils, cooling towers and pumps whilst the building was fully occupied. Works had to take place and be programmed to minimise any disruption to staff and hotel guests.

MPS carried out the following works which generally improved guest comfort and dramatically reduced energy consumption by over 30%.

Replacement of AHU coils and piping

Replacement of CHW valves with pressure independent valves

Installation of new pumps and variable speed drives

Installation of cooling tower

Upgrade of the MSSB board and the BMS system.

This project was completed in 2014.
