Central Park is an iconic 51 storey office tower in the Perth CBD. Upon opening in 1992 the building was noted for being technologically advanced with “fully computerized air conditioning.

Central Park has achieved a 5 star NABERS rating for energy efficiency and looks to improve on this in the future. MPS work closely with the building management team to ensure we assist to maintain and improve the NABERS rating for the building
