Tom Purdon

Tom has more than 40 years of experience in the HVAC industry and has been part of MPS since 2000. He became Managing Director in 2007 and has driven MPS's growth and expansion. Tom is a project and facility management manager trained in mechanical and electrical building services. He has previously held several senior sales, engineering and service positions with the world's largest control manufacturers.

Rod Isard

Since joining MPS in 2010 as a Director, Rod has contributed 30 years of extensive HVAC industry experience. With a trade and service background, he deeply understands customer service, quality and meeting expectations, guiding his principles. Further studies at the Institute of Company Directors have honed his business acumen. Education in sustainability, compliance and building efficiency drives his passion for delivering tangible client results.

Adolph Erasmus

Adolph Erasmus is our Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Manager. His rigorous approach to safety and quality control underpins our commitment to creating a safe and sustainable working environment.

Trevor Born

Our Compliance Manager, Trevor Born, ensures that MPS adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. His meticulous attention to detail helps us maintain the highest levels of compliance and integrity.

Val DeSouza

As General Manager, Val DeSouza is pivotal to our operational efficiency. Val's sharp insights and strategic mindset guarantee seamless project execution to the highest standards. Val oversees the operations of Mechanical Project Services, managing a team of over 90 staff within the HVAC industry. This includes projects ranging from small to large-scale commercial, industrial, high-rise and medical facilities across Western Australia.

Billy Quinncroft leads our Projects and Solar division with innovation and dedication. His forward-thinking approach drives our sustainability initiatives and ensures the success of our solar projects.
