Westpac Fitout BP Tower 2 Mechanical Services

The Westpac Office is located in Brookfield Place, Tower 2, on levels 2, 3 and 4 in the Perth CBD. MPS was engaged to supply mechanical services, which included:

Main comms room hot aisle containment CRAC system
Ceiling-concealed water-cooled package units
Exhaust and outside air systems
Kitchen exhaust
Upgrade to existing BMS control systems

This was both a Green Star and WELL project, completed in October 2017.
