Landgate, a statutory authority under the Western Australian Land Information Authority, is situated at Midland Square in Midland. Since 2017, MPS has managed and serviced an array of their equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Our responsibilities include the maintenance of air-cooled chillers, air handling units, and over 300 fan-assisted Variable Air Volume (VAV) units equipped with electric heating banks.
Furthermore, the Data Centre is equipped with advanced systems that we meticulously oversee. This includes Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units, vertical discharge direct expansion (DX) split systems, and chilled water fan coil units, which provide essential supplementary cooling across all floors.
