In 2014, Four Points engaged the services of the MPS’ commercial air conditioning contractors for a significant HVAC system project that not only improved guest comfort but ultimately reduced their energy consumption by over 30%.

All while the building was fully occupied, we carried out the following commercial HVAC repairs while ensuring minimal disruption to hotel staff and guests:

Replaced chillers, AHU coils, cooling towers, and pumps
Installed new pumps and variable-speed drives
Replaced CHW valves with pressure-independent valves
Upgraded the MSSB board and the BMS system
