The Bravo offices are situated at Perth Airport, part of the larger upgrades undertaken by Perth Airport Pty Ltd (PAPL).

The new office building at Perth Airport consists of five levels. It features office space across four levels, a gymnasium spanning two levels, and a food and beverage outlet on the ground floor.

Since construction, MPS has been responsible for maintaining the mechanical services in the building. The Bravo building has achieved a 4-star Green Star rating, and the Building Management System (BMS) generates monthly utility reports for both NABERS and Green Star reporting.

MPS conducts Systems Interface Testing (SIT) and Essential Safety Measures (ESM) Audits annually, collaborating with the building’s fire contractors and a third-party auditor. AS1851 oversees the SIT and ESM processes.
