AQIS Building

Perth, WA

The AQIS building is located at Perth Airport and is operated by the Department of Agriculture.

It houses two laboratories. MPS has been contracted to maintain the mechanical services within the building. Their responsibilities include conducting annual Systems Interface Testing (SIT) and Essential Safety Measures Audits (ESM), which are done in collaboration with the building’s fire contractors and a third-party auditor. Both the SIT and ESM are performed in accordance with AS1851.
