In 2020, MPS completed a mechanical upgrade for Aplin House, a three-story commercial building in Queensland. The project involved the following:

Installation of 17 split-ducted Actron Air Systems
New pipework & ductwork
Carpark exhaust system.

Our team strategically selected and installed equipment to enhance cooling efficiency while reducing overall system costs. The project was delivered on time with no variations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for the facility.
