Incorporated in 1985, MPS was started with one simple goal—to provide reliable HVAC and mechanical services for clients who value quality over shortcuts. That’s been the heart of what we do from the beginning, even as we’ve grown into something much bigger. Over the years, MPS has built its name as a trusted, multi-disciplinary provider. Whether it’s HVAC systems, building services, electrical contracting, or renewable energy solutions, we’ve been there, rolling our sleeves and getting the job done.

1985 – MPS was born, focusing on HVAC services.
1990s – Expansion into Victoria and New South Wales broadened our reach.
2014 – Entered the electrical contracting arena, growing our service offerings.
2015 – Launched our Renewable Energy division to lead in solar-powered solutions.
2019 – Expanded into Sydney, Southern Queensland and the ACT, reinforcing national operations.
2021 – Significant growth in the PV Solar division, boosting our sustainability efforts.

Tom has more than 40 years of experience in the HVAC industry and has been part of MPS since 2000. He became Managing Director in 2007 and has driven MPS's growth and expansion. Tom is a project and facility management manager trained in mechanical and electrical building services. He has previously held several senior sales, engineering and service positions with the world's largest control manufacturers.
